What will you write in your next chapter? What is your next act?
It’s the perfect time to start. New Year, New You!
I refer to the next chapter in one’s life as Act 2. Act 2 usually comes about without much notice, or even if you know it’s coming, it’s still not easy to contemplate. Act 2 usually comes about due to a significant life event. — whether a job change, or job loss, a sudden death of a loved one, a divorce, a big move or the empty nest. Act 2 is YOUR next chapter. It will be unsettling, upsetting and even scary, but it is a time to keep moving forward. It’s a time to discover more about yourself, to recreate and reinvent yourself. And … it just may, in fact, rival your 1st Act!!
I am still discovering, reinventing, learning and exploring.
While raising our kids time was spent doing kid and family things. Which I loved! It was very difficult to move on without having them. The house was instantly quiet, there was an overpowering void left.
But after they moved on with their lives I had to learn a new way of living, so I started enjoying new places, meeting new people and making new friends.

Within Act 2 you, me, we, have and will continue to learn, grow and experience, stop and start, which inevitably will fill the pages of the many “Scenes” in our own book.

During COVID I added many more scenes to my second act.
A new VLOG with co hosts Diany and Javier.
I published Beauty At Any Age, a health and beauty guide to help men and women to improve the way they look and feel.
I even started BAKING and cooking, for the first time in my life. See The Well Heeled Baker Blog.
And launched The Daily Sparkle to share a little inspiration with you every day.
What’s your Act 2?
We are currently searching for men and women who were thrust or tip-toed into their Act 2.
