What do you consider success when networking?

The short answer. As a Realtor, when referrals come back my way from another real estate professional.
I enjoy meeting new people and hearing their stories, so networking comes easy to me. You never know when or where you will meet someone that will resonate with you so you have to put yourself out there. You will connect and remember and be remembered for your authenticate connection. What is even nicer is when I meet someone who I made an impact or connection with and that person remembers to pass my name along to a total stranger. I recently had that happen. I met this agent years ago at an INMAN Conference. He recently passed my name onto a colleague who referred my a client.
Another great story and outcome is when I was referred by a past client, who became a Realtor, who referred me to another agent who I had never met. I not only found her ( my new client ) a home but we have become best friends! We just spent a week in the Hamptons during COVID2020. A fantastic ending and new beginning. A home, a friend and a fabulous vacation.

My advice, keep on talking, keep on connecting.

Summer is on the horizon
Beach vacations. Pool time. Swimsuits and ice cream. Long days, short nights, sunshine, warm weather, and school holidays. Is it any wonder that we associate the summer months with feeling happy and carefree?
